I can't say good enough things about Flamtech. I've bought two appliances from them: a rangehood and a fridge. In both instances Ricky had them for show and was able to tell me the features. Flamtech helps you get an installer and is great at communicating the timeline. Communication can also be through text after the purchase so it's easy to go back and forth.
Very positive experience with the extremely knowledgeable & helpful folks at Flamtech. We recently needed to replace our gas cooktop due to a cracked burner: they patiently answered all of our questions, and guided us to the ideal solution that'd suit our needs. Unit was delivered & installed within the same week. Strong recommend - intend to buy from them again.
This is the third time I have ordered from Flamtech in the last 5 years and still very happy with the service. They were very responsive and my order was delivered exactly as requested. Easy and stress free experience.
