Living in an area fondly referred to as East LA ( East Lower Arnold ) - I am not far from the famous Flamm City River Access. This is important to me because, though I don't own a boat, the Mermec River is an awesome place to find quartz encrusted rocks that look amazing. Very sad to see that boat ramp is closed. Grass is very high. Looks terrible.
