This place is amazing, it pays great homage to the movie Pink Flamingos- and has multiple Divine references around the store. All of the things found in here are one of a kind and unique pieces of history. Being a small store it has so much but doesn’t make you feel cramped or claustrophobic whatsoever. Flamingos is more than a vintage shop. It’s curated with love. Its staff of lovable and kindhearted people from all walks of life are there to enable you to experience your type of joy. I would be leary of reviews that focus on less than one percent of the shop’s inventory. Besides, Sotheby’s just auctioned AI art for a cool 1 million dollars. I have been a Flamingo lover for years. I’ve found many great pieces over the past 7 years. But in recent years, there’s been more and more over-priced items that are from Temu/Amazon, massive random sticker packs that a lot of the time have stolen designs from small artists.. My visit today was disappointing... There was framed AI generated garbage for $44…I’d love to see management put a bit more care into the curated items they sell and have collections of art, vintage, and eclectic items like they used to...
