Flamingo Pools are extremely unprofessional and their customer service is horrible!! We have a pool that is less than a year old and have had two leaks and two warranty issues already. We contacted flamingo and it took them over a week to even call the leak detection company to come out. I would not recommend them to anyone! The entire process was a nightmare and we were lied to on multiple occasions. My pool was built by Flamingo in 2016. About 10 months later my pavers "caved in" next to my swim out bench in the deep end. Turns out the area below the swim out bench was never filled in corrrectly. The owner claimed it was the fault of the paver contractor even though it was within the one year warranty period. I hired a contractor to pull up the pavers, add about four wheel barrels of fill and put everything back to the tune of $500. Flamingo Pools did a great job at my home and did it along with the build of my home. They were always in good communication and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend to anyone looking for a very good company and affordable price to use Flamingo Pools. I had a manufacture problem with my pool light and it was covered under warranty and they had somebody out right away to fix the light. Nothing but a pleasure using them. Thanks for a great job.

Poor installation and oversight. Base for travertine was done poorly and areas sinking around the pool. No drainage for water running off the deck. Very poor and would not recommend them at all.

In my opinion I would never invest my money with Flamingo Pools They are very deceptive and unethical. They are refusing to support the brand new broken pool they built. There are cracks in the decking. There are cracks in the grout. Cracked tile. When working on the site they broke a down spout and still have not installed one. They broke the well pipe and still have not fixed it. The pool came with a leak which I had to test and find only after weeks did they decide to fix the issue.
