Tom and Billy delivered excellent service from my initial product inquiries to finishing touches. We felt so comfortable with the team at Flamingo Pools that we decided not only to replace our pump motor, but upgrade to full digital automation AND convert our pool to salt water. We could not be happier with the finished product. I would recommend Tom and Flamingo pools to anyone desiring work on their pool!
Flamingo pools replaced a Salt Generator in my pool under warranty about 2.5 years ago. When they installed it, they failed to connect the power to the unit, the way the manufacturer specifies must be done (the unit can't have ANY power going to it at all, when the system is off, but they installed it and allowed power to go through the unit, even when the system is turned off). If you are looking for honest and reliable pool heater repair tech call Tom with Flamingo Pool Service! I am so glad I was referred to him. I had another pool heater repair tech come out and said the heater was old and parts were no longer available for my Pentair and that I needed to buy a new one at a minimum starting price of $3,200. Tom came out during the holidays and had my heater up and running within an hour and his prices were more than fair. I would recommend Flamingo Pool Service to anyone!
Tom is the best! Seriously- he has been helping me for 5 years now and I would never call anyone else. My spa heater just broke and I called Tom and he picked up saying “Mr. Redmond! How have you been my good man?” He is a true friendly professional and someone I trust completely.
