Alex did an excellent job replacing an old toilet at my house for a reasonable price. Would definitely use Flamingo and Alex again for future plumbing needs.

Extremely unprofessional. Couldn't care less about the customer. Called in the morning, made an appointment. Plumber supposed to arrive between 11am - 4pm. I waited but no one came. I called at 4:23 to ask for an update. The receptionist didn't know, said she would call back. Got a call 5 minutes later from another lady, telling me the plumber won't be making it, apparently he had an accident. Extremely cold and distant. Could care that my entire day was wasted and it's too late to get someone else in. Can't use the dishwash... read more
