Extremely unprofessional. Couldn't care less about the customer. Called in the morning, made an appointment. Plumber supposed to arrive between 11am - 4pm. I waited but no one came. I called at 4:23 to ask for an update. The receptionist didn't know, said she would call back. Got a call 5 minutes later from another lady, telling me the plumber won't be making it, apparently he had an accident. Extremely cold and distant.
