Nice low key smaller park with older homes in a primarily Latino neighborhood. Neighbors have generally been there a long time, and are very friendly but not nosy! Five blocks to East Beach. Three to Trader Joe's, other shopping and Milpas St. Homes there are inexpensive. I like it!
