Hello, I am Nelly Valdez-Cortez and have been living in space 58 for the last 6 years. Since I moved in, I wanted to do some improvements to the space, like adding awnings, changing fence, painting. Etc. I asked my manager years back and I was told no. With the most recent raining, my deck entrance got all wet and the plywood was not longer good so I had to replace it costing me $1,850 dollars.
