I’ve visited this location a few times and never had a bad experience until tonight. I asked for the $20 bottle of Hennessy, but the cashier never disclosed it was actually $25. Once he rang me up, I asked to swap it for the smaller $14 bottle. He did, but I thought the amount had already been adjusted—so when I tapped my card, I ended up paying the higher price.
