Let me start from the story that order was placed on September 30st and was promised within 8-12 business days which was perfect as move in to a new apartment was in the middle of the month. We bought a bedroom set and a dinning set. As the promised term was already passed, no sign of the furniture was yet seen, by the 20st of October we still had empty room and just slept on the mattress with suitcases used for all clothes instead of chest. Flamingos furniture store was unwelcoming since the day I stepped foot inside. They gave me less quality service because I had a government voucher for furniture that had already gotten approved. They wanted to give us whatever what was left 3 weeks later when the approval had went through; such as floor items that were low quality and was not worth the voucher. Which was worth 1,000.
