Let me start from the story that order was placed on September 30st and was promised within 8-12 business days which was perfect as move in to a new apartment was in the middle of the month. We bought a bedroom set and a dinning set. As the promised term was already passed, no sign of the furniture was yet seen, by the 20st of October we still had empty room and just slept on the mattress with suitcases used for all clothes instead of chest.
