Never answer phone
My son ordered this flowers for my birthday...no effort what so ever. What a joke. No greenery added, flowers seem old and they forgot the balloons. Could of bought better flowers at grocery store. You call yourself a florist....DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE.
STAY AWAY from this florist!! If I can give this business less than 1 star I would. The flowers I received were OLD. Petals were falling off and bruised. The water was dirty and the decorate ribbon on the vase was stained. PLEASE! Save your money and purchase better quality flowers from Trader Joe’s. It’s a disgrace that this place is still in business.
STOP! do not order flowers from this florist... Minimal cheap flowers, petals bruised, stems broken, haphazard arrangement . Regardless of what one pays for flowers the flowers should be fresh and attractive these were a few stems shoved in a jar and were anything but attractive. Infact the reverse.... Eventually, after several phone calls got a replacement but the original service leaves a lot to be desired. Giving one star because I can't give less!
My husband brought me and my daughter flowers from here on Valentine’s Day. we both loved them!
