Total stuff up. Delivered my flowers to someone else and someone else’s to me. After numerous phone calls my flowers were swapped over soaking wet for being in someone else’s vase with no card and no idea who sent them to me. Another phone call to Flamingo but they had no record of a card or who sent the flowers to me! Terrible service. Flowers were fully open when they arrived so not expected to last long
My sister, who's husband just passed away, absolutely loved the flowers. She said they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever received, and she feels so loved when she looks at them. Thank you for the arrangement which accomplished the result we wanted.
A repeat customer no more - Fully paid for flowers for a birthday and organised to pick it up after work just after 5 pm (5:09 pm). The store is closed and nobody is picking up their phone. Note: Sign on door says Open. The store closes at 5.30 pm and confirmed the pick up onsite at 12.30 pm. No phone call from the store advising of an early closure or common decency to update their customer to come in a little earlier before 5 pm which i would have been able to work around. The only florist in the Nowra area that could deliver flowers on the Saturday with putting my order in before lunchtime. The flowers were beautiful 🤩
