I absolutely love TRX training at Flamingo! The workouts are challenging but never boring, and I can really feel my body getting stronger and more toned. My posture, core strength, and overall shape have improved so much. Definitely 5 stars! Flamingo Dance Studio is one of the coolest studios in the Miami area! Its location is convenient, and you can park right next to the studio. All the instructors are incredibly talented and knowledgeable. They truly know what they’re doing and are passionate about their work. I take pole dancing classes with Polina, who is one of the best coaches, as well as TRX classes with Oksana. I highly recommend this studio!
