Everything seemed good when they came out to inspect my AC unit, but they (Phil) refused to give me the price for the repair personally so that I could ensure the parts were ordered as quickly as possible. They also fully turned off the power to my unit so that the fan could not even run, even though no one instructed them to do so.
Outstanding service. Our upstairs air conditioner went out and it's July in Vegas. Worst timing! Communication was immediate and friendly and they were able to squeeze us in the next day before our trip. The technician Martin was so nice, came right on time, made the repair, and stayed until he was 100% it was working again. 5 star service!
Josh at Flamingo Cooling is the best! The A/C went out blowing hot air. It was 110 outside. He came over and in 5 minutes figured it out. The capacitor was bad. He had one on the truck and in 20 minutes he was gone and we were cool, all for under $400. A day before, my son in law called Lee's Air and Plumbing. Their guy came out and said it was the compressor and it would cost $8200 if he could find it, or between $16,000 and $32,000 if we had to replace it. Josh at Flamingo air is phenomenal My son in law called Lees Air and Plumbing who told him $8200 to replace a compressor I told him ti let me call Josh at Flamingo. In 5 minutes Josh determined it was a capacitor and 20 minutes later we had cold air for around $400 The compressor was fine Flamingo Air is the only company I call And now my son in law knows too They are the best
