Do not shop in this store. My wife bought an item and needed to return it. There was a snowstorm at the time, and it was all over the news that UPS and USPS were experiencing delays. Because of that, we didn’t want to risk missing the return window. The store requires returns within five days to get the refund back to the original credit card instead of store credit. Horrible service
I purchased a doll online off their website. It arrived and it has clearly been used, I immediately contacted the store on their chat box. All they wrote was "we don't sell used items..." That doesn't explain what I received though, because it is used. I then wrote them an email with these pictures, they still have not responded to me. I have called the store to speak with them, they will not call me back. This stores customer service is worthless.
