They were a no show when I had an appointment. Management didn’t care one bit.
Terrible Terrible Terrible!
Not at all customer focused. Scheduled visits require that a whole day must be left open until you are called the night before and given a 3-hour window. When parts are needed more than a month may be required before a return call.
Recently purchased a home and the dryer stopped working....unfortunately flamingo was the place for the warranty. Folks....these technicians are very young guys who don't have the experience yet to really troubleshoot equipment. It took a week to get them out here and one week later when they were due back to repair the dryer we called to find out roughly what time they would be here and we were told that the technician was not coming back.....because we had been hostel .....we laughed because it was quite an excuse from som... read more
