Not reliable. They can't schedule a repair worth a crap. CSR manager is Laura is rude and interrupts when you try to talk. KimH.
Several months ago a technician came out and told me that he had taken care of the problems with my Jenn-Air refrigerator. The same technician had come to my home to address it's a problem with my Jenn-Air wall oven. On the first visit regarding the wall oven his tone of voice at one point was unprofessional. On his second visit to address the situation with the refrigerator not only was the problem not taken care of but he damaged a section of the island in my kitchen. Flamingo Appliance serviced a faulty freezer compartment pull handle (recommended by the manufacturer). The service technician, Wilson P****, was punctual, courteous, careful, and of good humor. I was thoroughly happy with his visit and his result.

Service was easy to schedule. The technical was very knowledgeable and efficient. Flamingo Appliance was the second service company to address my microwave issue and was able to correct the problem within 30 minutes. I will contact Flamingo with future appliance issues.

I just bought a Pulte home and they had Flamingo Appliance out to fix my microwave. The issue is the trim kit does not properly fit around the front. Flamingo guys arrived 3/2/18 And stated they only worked on the appliance if it was not working not on this issue. The Guys stated they would look at it and see if they could fix it, but then they stated NO they could not And to call Pulte back.
