We loved the King & Queen tour with Captain Pilot Bill.
Very disappointing. Had a flight at noon , waited for an hour and nobody showed. Finally had someone at the airport contact them and they said that the flight we had previously booked wouldn't happen because the plane was being serviced. We never received any kind of notice or warning. Planned or trip and day around this. So highly disappointed. Hoping to get a refund. Flew from Texas to Cincinnati for this flight. A lot of money and time wasted.
Great company staffed with great people. I booked a 20 minute sightseeing flight for my 7 year old daughter and myself and it turned out to be pure magic. Easily worth twice what I paid. I look forward to flying with Flamingo Air again.
