Server (don’t remember her name, but she mentioned she was Mexican) was courteous. Offered to ask kitchen staff questions we had about the seafood on the menu. My short ribs were delicious, but I wish there had been more meat on them (high fat-to-meat ratio).
Best pho in Charlotte. Took me a long time to find it but this place is it!
