Worse food ever had got food poisoning waited over 2 hours for my food and it was rotten the shop staff are cheeky and lie saying it has left it been over a hour and they said it didn’t leave when they said it did seriously don’t order we was all ill

Flames use to be such a great place the food was brilliant but now it's disgusting it's cold the portions are small and it's never on time honestly don't know if it's been taken over but it's gone absolutely awful definitely won't be ordering from there anymore

Really disappointing experience. I came in on Monday, 28 September, at around 6:15 PM, wearing a blue shirt, blue jacket and black Pant. I stood there for 10–15 minutes, and the staff saw me 2–3 times, but nobody came over or even handed me a menu. There were two girls and two boys working, seemingly busy with Uber Eats orders. I eventually walked out empty-handed. After leaving, I checked the reviews and saw other bad experiences too. Terrible customer service and definitely not coming back.

This place is really really bad, the donner meat is factory made. I know a few people who have had donner kebas from here & they've been seriously ill for days later, one of them said the donner meat tasted raw.
