Great job! I have been doing business with Mike at Flames for about 7 yrs. Fireplace logs on 2 fireplaces and a complete grill island equipment set up. Always great service.
I went there to pick up some fire brick mortar caulk. They had what I needed.
I needed to replace the logs, rocks, embers, and grate in my fireplace. We shopped around and ended up stopping into Flames. The guys there were great and incredibly helpful. They gave me excellent advice on what I needed and how to install it. We were so happy with the log set they recommended. I would definitely recommend Flames to anyone needing anything for your fireplace.
There seemed to be some miscommunication between installation and store. Store selecting/purchasing process was good but made for an awkward installation at home. Otherwise good.
