the trailers are very nice and I like them, but what I really liked was the customer service, the kindness they have in this place is fantastic they guide you and they help you quite well, crazy!!! thank you for the great service they gave me.

Being new in the food industry, Flame Box helped the process of starting a business not stressful! They set you up for success. Such genuine people in all the positions too. I was really excited to try FlameBox Food Trailers, but the experience was disappointing. The food was lukewarm and lacked flavor, and the wait time was much longer than anticipated. For the price, I expected better quality. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
I had a frustrating experience with FlameBox Food Trailers. The staff was not friendly and seemed uninterested in helping. The food took forever to prepare, and when I finally received it, it was cold and bland. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.
