First time trying this place and the food is DELICIOUS, Cooked to perfection and well seasoned! It was ready before the approximate pick up time which was a great treat during my lunch hour.
Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to Ricardo's attitude. He seemed to be holding a grudge for a past incident involving contemptuous unprofessional behavior during our visit. "That's clear! Our visit was very disappointing due to the extremely poor customer service. Ricardo was angry, holding a grudge from the past and showing disrespect toward us as customers." That should definitely underscore the negative experience.
