Frank was very friendly and polite and took care to protect our home while doing a thorough cleaning of our fireplace. He tested it for gas leaks and made sure it was in good working order before he left. He also went over our service plan. They installed our gas insert in 2011 and we have used them ever since.
This company does an amazing job and much better than other companies we have used. Frank, in particular, was the most thorough we've ever had. He took pictures of everything and was able to show us before and after pictures and answer all our questions.
Frank did a nice thorough job cleaning the fireplace. He was careful to place all items that he removed from the fireplace on a blanket on the floor. He answered questions I had about the fireplace and its operation. He also detected that the line gas pressure to my house was low and recommended that I contact Delmarva power to fix the situation.
