Bryan Tepner is an excellent tech. He was on time , notified me he was on his way, after inspecting fireplace explained what needed to be done and price and proceeded to immediately repair fireplace. Was friendly, informative and professional. I highly recommend both Bryan and Flame Tech.
Andy was professional, knowledgeable, took the time to explain what he was checking and eventually fixing and didn’t hesitate to answer questions. He set up his work space and was neat and clean. He explained billing clearly.
