On April 23rd I had my fireplace serviced and I want to give a shout out to the two techs.... Andy and Isaac for their service....and clean up...very professional of both gentlemen... Thank you!!
Highly recommend Flame Tech. A very professional organization. Started with Billy coming out and listening to me and making recommendations with the fireplace options. Billy responded quickly to emails. I appreciated that. Tiffany and Wendy were pleasant with scheduling and payments. Today, Nick and his team of 3 skilled workers were on time and worked steadily throughout the day installing my new gas fireplace. Their attention to detail was evident. Andy and Issac were terrific. Courteous, professional and efficient during our annual cleaning. Answered my questions and gave good advice.
We had our annual service today. As usual the service was excellent. Technicians, Isaac and Andy, were respectful, knowledgeable and thorough! Very happy with the experience.
