Very professional interaction starting with Amber who scheduled the initial appointment, to Andy who came out to review the job site and review our options available, to the installation crew (Jacob, Angel, Wayne, Nate) who were on time and very respectful of our home. Andrew and Angel arrived right on time to assess condition of my insert and recommended thorough cleaning. They used drop cloths and were very respectful of our home. Their work was top notch and they explained everything that was done to the unit. Then they gave me a quick tutorial on our unit to make sure we were getting the most out of our fireplace.
