Always great service. We have been lucky enough to keep our technician Frank. He’s the best! His attention to detail is second to none.
I cant say enough about what a great experience it was dealing with Flame-Tech installing a wood burning insert in my old fireplace. The communication through the entire process was top notch and the install lead by Nick was quick and flawless. Great company to work with for all your fireplace needs. Andy arrived on time for our spring “tuneup”, took care of things efficiently, explained everything thoroughly, and was respectful of my home!
We recently had our two gas fireplaces serviced after our first year of use. The service technician, Frank Tokash, was really great! He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He took his time cleaning the fireplaces, leaving them as beautiful and efficient as when they were first installed. We highly recommend Flametech!
