I have been using flame tech for over 20 years and continue to use them as they are a wonderful business who provides a great service every visit. They always send to the home very professional, informative, and friendly technicians. Today Frank visited and as always did a great job! I will continue to use flame tech To service my two fireplaces as long as they stay in business!
Today I had my annual maintenance on my gas fireplace. Flametech is a wonderful company. I have been getting the annual maintenance ever since they put in my fireplace about 15 years ago. The past 4 years I’ve had Frank as my technician; he is absolutely great! Very friendly and personable, and does an outstanding job on getting my fireplace ready for the winter. He spends lots of time and does a great inspection. He explains everything to me in detail. Thank you Frank!
Great experience from Kaleem. Top notch work, even laid down a bunch of mats in the living room in case debris fell out of the fireplace. Very experienced and professional and friendly – great combination for an employee!
Frank our technician was on time, courteous, and professional. Took his shoes off to show the Flametech socks, very nice. Frank inspected the fireplace, and later explained what he did during the service. He also went through the total operation of the remote control. Frank is a caring technician.
