Product came as advertised and on time. However, when I called to inquire about returning unopened and sealed product, the customer service was awful and rude. I would be ok, if there is a policy or safety reason they can't accept product back, but instead of explaining that, the man on the phone said "I can't take it back." and then hung up on me. If you can get your product somewhere else, you definitely should.
