This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. So many things were bad, can’t reach anyone for help or when you get someone on the phone they are outsourced in another country and can’t help, lots of conflicting information, 2 charges and f $111.00 with no invoices which I assume they are trying to charge me for 2 service calls for a faulty tank that is rented from them so I shouldn’t be paying for a service call for faulty equipment and much more. It has been impossible to get in contact with someone who can actually help with removal of a propane tank.
AmeriGas phone lines and customer service are a mess. I have spent hours online and on the phone and have gotten nowhere. I was “blocked “ from placing a propane order . Why? No one could tell me why. I had the telephone number of a manager from a previous encounter with AmeriGas, so Kudos to Jeremy for helping me out. I wonder if Ferris’s has the same issues?
