Lee fitted our inset stove nearly 4 weeks ago and I love it! Lee did a great job talking me through all the components and teaching me how to use it. He left the house tidy and clean and was great at communicating before he arrived. Lee's very knowledgeable and I felt the whole time that I was in a safe pair of hands.
Lee was brilliant I absolutely recommend him. I asked him to check over our inset log burner he did a full service ordered a new door seal and completed a chimney sweep at the same time I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and reliable.
Lee at Flame On is insanely knowledgeable and genuinely puts safety first. From the start he was professional, personal, and took the time to explain everything clearly, not just what he was doing, but why it mattered and how to get the most out of the setup going forward. Absolutely stellar service from Lee. He was prompt, polite, professional and extremely thorough. He made sure to clean up after himself and explain to us in detail how to safely use our new fireplace. Excellent work!
