The food was delicious — no complaints there at all. Unfortunately, the service ruined the entire experience, from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Honestly, it was unacceptable. You guys really need to work with your staff and improve the level of customer service. That said, thank you for the delicious food. The kitchen definitely deserves credit.
Absolute horrible experience. My wife and I came in and ordered the chicken cornflake tenders and two chef hamburgers. Within 30 seconds our chicken tenders were brought out to us lukewarm and stale. They had obviously tried to give us food that they had prepared earlier. Perhaps it had returned to them. When we mentioned this to them instead of preparing a fresh order, they simply try to refry the same order, brought it back to us, soggy and drenched in oil. We went for lunch yesterday and the food was spectacular; the atmosphere was very pleasant, and the service from our server, Dayana, really helped make the experience even better. I will definitely be back.

Food was fire, my server valery was nice and thoughtful, she made sure everything was above satisfactory.
