Garbage company. Customer service is basically nonexistent. I’ve called and emailed multiple times with no response. Finally managed to talk to Lisa in accounting and she just laughs. I will never purchase from this company again.
Terrible customer service! I had a discount code and tried to apply that to my order, but it didn’t “apply” but place my order without any discount. I emailed them immediately (2 min after order placed when I saw that my discount was not applied) and they told me they would give me my 10% discount back and then I got an email a day later saying nope sorry can’t do that. I will never order again from a company that treats their customers like this.
I placed an order online and a UPS Label was sent to me for tracking info. A week later it still was not picked up? I email and they send a reply stating that they created a new label and sent new tracking numbers. That package has still NOT been picked up??? UPS must be in struck in CA and/or IN or this company is NOT legit!?!?!
Terrible customer service. The worst I've ever dealt with. Spent a lot of money on a 60-lb propane tank on wheels and still have no idea when it's coming. And they already took the money out of my account. I've notified the the Massachusetts ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE today.
Very poor customer service on a return. Six weeks and dozens of emails to get a refund on an a return, and they refused to make a refund for an item that never got delivered for the same period of time.
