Terrible customer service. The worst I've ever dealt with. Spent a lot of money on a 60-lb propane tank on wheels and still have no idea when it's coming. And they already took the money out of my account. I've notified the the Massachusetts ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE today.
Very poor customer service on a return. Six weeks and dozens of emails to get a refund on an a return, and they refused to make a refund for an item that never got delivered for the same period of time.
I placed an order online and a UPS Label was sent to me for tracking info. A week later it still was not picked up? I email and they send a reply stating that they created a new label and sent new tracking numbers. That package has still NOT been picked up??? UPS must be in struck in CA and/or IN or this company is NOT legit!?!?!
Purchased a propane tank 3 weeks ago that is already rusting badly in multiple spots. If not remedied quickly, this won't last long. Contacted their customer support only to be told that the "finish" has no warranty. What? So a brand new tank in a desert environment (Socal) is already rusting and I'm politely told to pound sand.... Won't ever be buying anything from them again. Go with a more reputable company that actually stands behind their products.
Problems only occurred after Covid. Nobody picks up calls. When I ordered tanks before Covid, the service was great and I had no issues. Edit*** Returned call eventually 4star --> 5star
