Just had gas furnace and water heater replaced by them in Richmond. My units are really old so they had to add all the chimney, piping, drainage, pump, etc to work with the current machines and meet the code. They were punctual, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, experienced, tidy, friendly, honest, accommodating and I got these quality units put in properly, with good workmanship, at a really good price (best among the 4 in-person, 1 text and 7 online quotes).
