I had a fab experience for my first ever colour/treatment for my hair. I met with Jordyn who did a thorough consult and put me at ease as I was very nervous. She listened to what I had in mind and gave me her expert input. The whole session Jordyn explained what she was doing and was super friendly. I walked out super confident with my new sunkissed style. Thank you for such a wonderful experience 💖

First time at this salon today, and I had Jordan cut and style my hair. The salon was sooo nice and warm inside, and the music was a vibe, overall a really lovely calming salon. I explained to her what I wanted as I'm getting my wedding hair trial the following weekend, and Jordan suggested some things, and explained why. I loved how my hair has turned out, she has done an amazing job. Thank you so much Jordan, I will be rebooking with you again soon.

First time at a hair salon in many many years. Melissa was wonderful, she gave me a thorough consultation previous to the appt and made me feel very at ease. She was so lovely and listened to everything I needed. The end result was amazing and I'm so impressed. My hair looks and feels amazing.

Had the most incredible experience at Flame today. Went from regrowth of"platinum" white at front, salt & pepper underneath with streaky shades of home bottle blonde over the rest to a beautiful blend of warm copper rose gold. The ladies were amazing, so knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. They found the perfect shade/s for me and I'm so thrilled with the result - way better than I had ever hoped for. Thanks team!
