I recently purchased a built in grill to replace my old one. When I completed the sale I was assured that it would be delivered and installed 1 week later. They had to send a team of techs out 3 days prior to install to make sure of the fit. We requested that the tech not show until after 12:00 noon as there would be no one home until then.
