We were working with Tekla on a new fireplace. We had the home visit and we’re set to go but we had a few questions! We asked if she was in the office the next day and she assured us she would. We got there no Tekla, only person there had no idea where she was! He wrote down our questions and placed on her desk with a note to call. Two weeks passed and we went to another company and got great service, install and we are very happy!
Purchased a Kingsman lDV33 unit. When l needed service l called the service dept. I was told the service technician quit and l would have to contact him. How do you sell products and have no service technicians? The guy l spoke with was a complete asshole. DO NOT purchase anything from this business. What a joke!
Highly recommend going elsewhere. Customer service is awful, they never returned phone calls, I always had to call back hours later. When I was finally able to set up a consult at our house, I called the morning of to ensure they were coming, at that time I was told that they canceled my appointment. They never called me or gave me any warning that they canceled my appointment ,they were just going to no call no-show. Very disappointed.
Converted two fireplaces from propane to natural gas; one of them whistles now whenever turned on so cannot even use and was told that the entire fireplace needs to come out and the line redone, not sure why that wasn’t part of the conversion in the first place…the other one makes the entire house smell of gas and leaves black residue on the walls. $600 conversion that left needing more work done.
As a contractor ideal with many different supply houses. I would have to say Teckla is amazing to deal with she sent over all the info and Quotes right over via email she ordered everything I needed there was one small little mark from shipping and she helped me get that all taken of she went out of her way for sure would highly recommend making your next big purchase with her sold me a nice 70inch with cool wall and its amazing thank you for all you have done .
