I didn't know what to expect at the relatively new Flame Broiler in Mojave. We travel to Mammoth, CA at least twice a year and sometimes stop in Mojave. The restaurant was clean. The service was quick and friendly. The restrooms were clean. I like the drink selection of tea or soft drinks. I tried a little of the Seol scorcher hot sauce. Hot, but enjoyable. The cashier brought our food to us on a tray. We all enjoyed our bowls very much and had nothing to take with us. We will return when hungry on another trip.
If you are a vegetarian/vegan this is a great option 🥰, filling and delicious! Or if you prefer beef this is delicious too. They cook their brown rice perfectly, mini bowl is perfect size and most affordable.
