Today we stopped by to eat and the cashier "mari" was very rude. I was waiting to order the food and she made me wait standing there and said to me in a rude manner "I'm busy, so you have to be patient and wait, I responded that was okay but definitely felt very uncomfortable and told her to give a better customer service. She talked back to me and told me to leave the place, so rude and disrespectful . This is the Best Flame Broiler that I have ever been to. The chicken is perfect and the bowl is heavy with meat and vegetables. I think the owner was doing the cooking.
Lady at front desk was rude and not polite. Smiled through her teeth at my wife and I. Will not be back to this location.
Usually a go to family favorite. Not tonight. Hardly any chicken with the plate or bowl. At $34.00 for two bowls and one plate I definitely expect more than a few scattered pieces of chicken. Usually very pleased with the quality and quantity, but tonight was so disappointing. We probably won't be back for a while.
I came in here and was greeted by Maria. She’s very nice and pleasant. This place can use an update. The owners should do a better job in taking care of this place. They need to do better with updating the place and with their food. The food was absolutely horrible. It tasted like days old. It’s not fresh.
