DRY. OLD. HARD. Do you know how hard it is to make DRY chicken thighs? This meat had to be cooked at lunch time, we ordered at 6:11pm. This was our 3rd time getting old dry chicken shards on our bowls - 98% rice + chicken skimps, inedible from this location. Called, asked for manager & was told to come in tomorrow to talk with her. Tried this place for the first time and was honestly disappointed. I paid $24 for two chicken bowls — one was all white meat — and both had very small portions of protein. The flavor was decent, but the bowls were basically just rice with a little meat sprinkled on top. It felt more like fast food than anything else, and yet the cashier still prompted for a tip, which felt out of place given the setup and service. For the price, I expected to at least feel full — but I left still hungry. Won’t be returning anytime soon.
