Been coming here for years. Used to be able to get a chicken and river bowl in 10 minutes or under. Now it takes over 20 mins. Ruins the whole point of coming here for a quick lunch.
UPDATE: Through emails, they told me they were mailing me a refund check and I have never received that. Roaches in their food, and they don't keep their word either. Just found a roach in my half eaten chicken bowl!!! I'm completely disgusted with this place!!!
