Was not acknowledged at all just standing there waiting for my order to be taken in, but nobody said anything very rude. Need to work on customer service and the place has a weird smell to it.
This location reminded me of why I have not been to a Flame Broiler in a while. I ordered a regular bowl that was half filled mostly with rice. The chicken was hard and rubbery…like it was leftover for the weeks. Who wants to eat old food? Gross So much for simply healthy. This wasn’t worth the lunch break.
