I really like the Aquafit classes!
Great place for an entire family to be active. Great range of classes, for all generations and one of the rare places where our entire family can get our fitness goals met while being together. One downside is that my 7 yo isn't allowed on the fitness floor where he thrives. I understand that not all 7 yo do. Also, there is a great healthy food outfit when you need something quick. Great smoothies, bowls etc. People are generally welcoming open and kind.
Scheduling isn’t good pickle ball shouldn’t be 4 hours
The YMCA in Waterdown is a great facility the staff are all fantastic friendly and very pleasant. The staff in the swim classes are great and very patient with all the kids. The staff in Karate is great very friend and so are all the other staff in Karate. The teacher in Zomba for the kids is awesome she is so pleasant and kind with the children and the parents. I would strong recommend this YMCA to any in Ontario absolutely love the place and the staff . Thank you to all of you of the YMCA
