I’m getting strong scam vibes from this company. I visited their website to look for some accessories and wanted to check the cost. Although I didn’t complete the transaction, I logged in with PayPal. To my surprise, they charged my card 10 minutes later for an amount that didn’t even match what I intended to buy. Later that same day, I received a “Thank you” message for subscribing to their newsletter—something I never did.
Store was closed during their posted opening hours with no notice. No one answered the phone.
Great service and management, had some bad luck multiple times with the hours at the Woodbridge location and the regional manager reached out and made it right by personally delivering my orders for me so I didn’t need to make another trip down. Before this even happened I already had a good experience which is why i waited to keep building my home gym from here instead of another supplier, good rates and top quality. Came in at 10:30 all the way here from Brampton to buy a piece of equipment to only be told there is no way to buy anything as there is so no actual workers to ring me up till 2:00pm..
