We had Flakne Construction demolish existing decks and build a new one from the ground up. Chad helped with the design and did an excellent job with our project. He and his son were courteous, prompt and very professional. We will definitely contact him again with any future projects we may have.

Chad and his son did an amazing job on a couple of projects we needed done around both our house and a rental property. They patched up cedar siding, drywall, and the roof on my rental, and put in an egress window in my basement. They kept me up to date on things, were knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

Chad and his son recently renovated our deck. They are both very knowledgeable, and were great to work with through the process. When they came out to assess the deck they taught me a lot about why the deck was unsafe. They explained what would look good aesthetically while also strengthening the structure itself. Straight line winds come through our property on a frequent basis, so they provided solutions conducive to the weather we see. Chad and his son did the demolition of our kitchen cabinets and coordinated plumbing and electrical work to enable the installation of new cabinets and a dishwasher. They also installed new storm gutters and downspouts. Their work is professional and extremely well done. Everything was timely and helpful and reasonably priced. We highly recommend them for any construction projects on your to do list.
