Did the grout work and finished job, got paid. Following day had issue and for 5 straight days promised to come and fix issue. Every day an excuse, never did fix issue.
After Mike Flaker secured all the money from my insurance for putting in the flooring and drywall, this is what my family was left with. He never came back to finish the job nor returned any calls from my insurance or myself.
