Alan is the most helpful operator when it comes to after sales service. we had a random question about a couple of showers we purchased some years ago for a commercial accommodation business and Alan took the time to understand the issue, then even visiting Bunnings to test a solution. It's been sitting on a to do list for a long time and Alan solved it in a jiffy. wow, that is seriously good human oriented service.
