Waiting for some communication. No answer from phone calls. Was supposed to have started work this week. Can’t get hold of anyone.
Very pleased with the finished ensuite. Mick was lovely to deal with and pretty quick to respond despite being very busy! His trades came when stated and the tiler Will is super talented and has lots of great ideas if you are stuck with a design.
Ongoing issues with water leaks in completely remodeled bathroom. Once the job was paid for, water leaks were noticed within a few months. I’ve had to wait months between repair work and 12 months later issue is still not resolved. I have moldy timber that is getting worse. Communication has been extremely poor from them and they will not commit to a time for tradesman to come around stating that ‘everyone is busy’ and just expect me to leave a key out for them on the off chance someone will come and do the work when I’m not... read more
