I’ve been coming to Flair Jamaican Restaurant in Fayetteville every year for my anniversary, but this last visit raised serious concerns. Our waitress, Kheyah Grant, was friendly and the food was great—my bill came out to $166.72. The following day, I discovered an extra $20 tip added to my card that I did NOT authorize. The food was very tasty but when my salmon bites came out they had hair fried into the bites. The young lady took them back but was kind of rude acting like she didn’t understand why we complained. The air conditioning was out and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The server didn’t have very good customer service and when we asked for things she didn’t respond and would take a while to bring things out to us.
Our server/bartender Trish W was great! Very attentive and made the best margarita pitcher!
Service was excellent! Drinks were very well balanced between being strong and yet smooth to the taste. Flavor of food was good but needed to be cooked a little longer in my option on oxtails and beans. Appetizers mini beef patties and cornbread EXCEPTIONALLY WONDERFUL!!!
Trish had amazing service and helped to recommend food that I thoroughly enjoyed! Her drinks are AMAZING too! Will definitely be back! Good and drinks and vibes are amazing!! 🤩
