I am consistently impressed by Chef Manny's skill level and ability to work with the freshest, seasonal ingredients. Our meals are so full of color and flavor every time. We've worked with him for our personal family meals and also for entertaining guests. He is thoughtful, professional and very talented. Would highly recommend!
