We were clients of Nick Bogan for 3 years, in which time we have received very poor or nonexistent customer service. Every time I had a question it took weeks for him to get back to me. The price rates went up every single year.. this year when I cancelled my insurance with them they still charged my credit card and I have been trying to get a refund for a month now. Easy to talk through, they cut our costs AND improved our coverage, and when we had an auto claim, he and his team of experts guided us through the normally baffling process with confidence.
