UPDATE: I contacted Flagstop per their request in the comment below. I’ve heard nothing from them on the matter. They’ve made it clear that they have no intention of even talking to me on a phone call. I’m honestly shocked by the way they’ve ignored this. BEWARE!!! I drove my brand new 2025 car (2 days old with less than 300 miles on it) to get the dust off. Midway through the wash I heard a loud thud when something hit my car. Really good vacuums and even air pressure guns which is a unique and nice touch for Flagstop. The team are all true professionals and so friendly especially Denzel at the checkin!
