Maahin was excellent, he showed me the amenities in the lot and helped me pick out a great wash! Amazing customer service
Millei was excellent she helped me understand all the perks of flagstop membership. She also helped me understand the point system and how I will be able to redeem a free month for a membership the site is always stocked with stuff I need. The vacuums have great suction and just great customer service in all aspects
Short Pump's Site manager, Chaivis, provided exceptional customer service last Friday 7/31/26 when I locked my keys in my car! He went above and way beyond to retrieve my keys and sending me happily on my way! Aumauri was also very helpful. They are both extremely kind and lovely humans! Btw,...Flagstop providing the inflatable car lock release device is likewise an exceptional service available to its customers! Thank you so much!!!!
This is one of my favorite Flagstop locations. The employees always have the towels and supplies stocked. Always a good experience. Thanks to Joe for helping me find what I needed.
Flagstop never disappoints, and today was no exception. A quick in and out with everything in working order. Kellan was a nice concise informative presence, and we had some good small talk, which was an unexpected surprise. He definitely made this trip seem less like a chore, and so did the ease of the amenities. Vacuums were good, fingers were crossed before I came that they were. Good sign. Will come back.
