Mike did a fantastic job
First time at this location. We were greeted by a really friendly associate who gave us a free air freshener :-) and got Shay (another associate) to help us get our app and free wash set up. She was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and had the most pleasnt demeanor, which made our first visit go smoothly. The whole operation was well attended and managed. Went to the carwash this past weekend and it took the back side of my car mirror off. Asked the attendant if he could go check the car wash for me and he didn’t really seem to offer any help. I dont even really care that the backside came off, I just wanted it back. If you go here, just make sure to fold your mirrors in, I guess. I won’t be returning.
On a day when I was just in for a quick wash, Owen came up to me and made me aware that I had enough points to get a free month at a minimum. He showed me on my phone and the mobile app how to apply points. They reduced my bill by about $29 for a 90 day membership. I was impressed by his courteousness, as well as his willingness to show me how to do something that would’ve otherwise gone unnoticed.
