I love my membership but lately there are issues at each location I visit. Midtown always has ridiculous wait times and it’s small and very hard to get to a vacuum. The lot also always seems to have standing water in it but their vacuums are the best performing. W Broad has the best employees but for awhile now there are only vacuums on one side of the lot. I used to love this car wash until they installed the license plate readers that usually never work. I have the unlimited plan on my personal vehicle and my company vehicle. Going to start looking for another car wash. The license plate readers are a worse idea than adding those stupid shammys.
Bad experience. There is no administration to contact to cancel the subscription. The withdrawal takes place every month.
