I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Flagstop location. The posted closing time is 8:00 p.m., yet I arrived at 7:58 p.m. and was turned away. If a business advertises that it is open until 8:00 p.m., customers should reasonably expect to be served until that time—not refused because employees appear ready to leave early.
