Jessica was very professional & pleasant. Rating is one star because the location further up 11031 Iron Bride rd Chester Va is much nicer! More modern equipment, vacuum(including with price) microfiber towels to use! Iron Gate location needs a complete remodel! There is a huge hole coming in by BP gas station entrance. If you fall in will possibly break shock/tire or crack rim.

I spent $16.99 on an automatic car wash. The employee was nice, she did her job. She likes her curse words. Not a big deal, just lack of professionalism. Though, our problem is with the car wash itself and how it was handled. The car wash told me to drive out while soap was still all over my car. I drove back around, and had to wait another 20 minutes before my car was actually clean.
